These terms explain the general conditions for using the Digi Rehbar Solutions website and beginning a service enquiry. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement will control the detailed terms of any paid engagement.
Website information
Website content is provided for general business information. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee a result or replace a written project scope.
Digital Diagnosis and recommendations
The Digital Diagnosis provides an initial route based on the information submitted. It is a decision-support tool, not a binding audit, quotation or promise of performance. Detailed recommendations are subject to human review, discovery and available evidence.
Project scope and acceptance
A project begins only after both parties accept a written proposal or agreement that describes the objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timeline, assumptions and approval process. Additional work may require a revised scope or change request.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, authorised access, required brand and business materials, lawful instructions and approvals from relevant stakeholders. Delays in these inputs can affect delivery dates and outcomes.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, milestones, taxes, currencies, payment methods and refund conditions are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Work may be paused when an agreed payment is overdue.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the applicable agreement. Unless stated otherwise, transfer of agreed client deliverables occurs after full payment. Digi Rehbar retains ownership of pre-existing methods, reusable components, internal tools, know-how and general system patterns. Third-party software, fonts, stock media, plugins and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
Portfolio and proof
Client names, logos, screenshots, testimonials, metrics and project details are published only where permission or another lawful basis exists. Self-initiated concepts are labelled as concepts and are not presented as delivered client results.
Confidentiality
Confidential project information should be shared through agreed channels and used only for the engagement. More detailed confidentiality obligations can be included in a written agreement or non-disclosure agreement.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting providers, APIs, advertising platforms, payment processors, email services, social networks, plugins or other third-party tools. Digi Rehbar is not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or data practices controlled by those providers.
Results and limitations
Digital performance depends on factors including the offer, market, competition, budget, implementation quality, sales process, platform behaviour and client participation. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, follower growth, lead volume or other specific commercial outcomes unless a written agreement explicitly states a measurable commitment.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or use our services for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a paid engagement will be governed by its written agreement. Digi Rehbar is not liable for indirect losses caused by reliance on general website content or by third-party services outside our control.
Changes and termination
Either party may pause or end an engagement according to the terms in the applicable agreement. These website terms may be updated as the services and operating requirements change.
Governing terms
The governing law and dispute process for a paid engagement are stated in its signed agreement. If no written agreement exists, applicable law will determine the relevant rights and obligations.
